Return, Refund & Exchange
Returns
- Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt.
- Only non-defective items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact are eligible for return. Please include all original packaging, including boxes and dust bags, when returning.
- Some products (e.g., personalized items, digital goods, underwear) are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Only non-defective items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact are eligible for exchange. Please include all original packaging, boxes, and dust bags when returning.
- Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size once. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a completely different item.
- Merchandise must be returned in one parcel. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times.
- Digital products and underwear cannot be returned.
- Contact customer service to arrange the exchange. The new item will be shipped after the original item is returned and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer support info@klosmo-store.com within 14 days of receipt and provide photos of the issue.
- Once the item has been inspected, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
- After verification, customers may choose either a full refund or a replacement/exchange for the same item at no additional cost.
How to Return?
Step 1: Email info@klosmo-store.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Carefully pack the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
Step 3: Ship to the address provided by our support team.
Important Notes
- Use a trackable shipping service for returns.
- Klosmo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
