All orders are shipped from fulfillment centers located in Italy and other European Union countries.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation before being handed over to the carrier.
Delivery is handled by DHL Express.
How long does it take to prepare my order before shipping?
Once your order is confirmed, we review the order, confirm item availability, carry out any necessary quality checks, and prepare your package for dispatch.

As KLOSMO works with selected retail partners and fulfillment centers located in Italy and other European Union countries, preparation times may vary slightly depending on the item and its fulfillment location.
Once your parcel has been handed over to DHL Express, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship to more than 40 international destinations via DHL Express.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination country. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Indicative rates and estimated transit times after dispatch are:
- Italy & San Marino: from €12.50 — 1–2 business days
- Europe (EU + CH + UK + NO): from €20.50 — 1–2 business days
- USA & Canada: from €36.00 — 2–3 business days
- Asia & Middle East: from €54.50 — 2–3 business days
- Oceania: from €60.00 — 2–3 business days
